When I first got into AI agents, I assumed it would be insanely complicated. I have 11+ years of experience as a software engineer, but no background in machine learning or data science. Still, I built a working AI agent in less than 30 minutes. No custom model training. No complex infrastructure. Just LangChain and one simple tool.
