The Service provides resources, forums, project examples, challenges, and interaction opportunities for its members (the "Community").

2. Accounts

You must be above the age of 13 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, nor any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

3. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Do not post, upload, or distribute any unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene content.
Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Do not impersonate others or access accounts without permission.
Do not engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
Do not send unsolicited communications or spam.
Do not harvest or collect contact information for sending unsolicited communications.
Follow all posted community guidelines.

We reserve the right to monitor disputes and terminate access for violations or harmful conduct.

4. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Billing: We use Stripe to process payments. See Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise by us.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

a) Our Content:

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of 10xBoost.dev and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

b) User Content:

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use it in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant you have the right to post your content and it does not violate others' rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.
You may terminate your account by discontinuing use or contacting us.
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
